This program was built for this moment. It is designed to equip you with the tools to demand and create change, grounding modern democratic principles in the strength of our indigenous values.
This is not just a course; it is your training to become an effective agent for the change you want to see.
We are calling on educators, CSO members, and current or aspiring leaders within our Local People’s Councils. If you believe in a government that is ethical, accountable, and responsive to its community, this program is for you.

✅Community Leaders Field School (Face-to-Face): Engage in in-person lectures and workshops at Benguet State University. A PHP 500 registration fee covers your workbook, meals for resource persons, and certificates.
