Attending the Regional Capacity Building Workshop on eMpowering Youths Across ASEAN: Cohort 3 in Bangkok, Thailand, from July 23- 27, 2023, was an inspiring and impactful experience. Organized by ASEAN, the ASEAN Foundation, and Maybank, the workshop brought together young leaders from across the region to develop skills in community development, leadership, and sustainable project management. Engaging in interactive sessions, I learned innovative approaches to addressing social and environmental challenges in Southeast Asia.
The experience allowed me to collaborate with like-minded youth, exchange ideas, and gain practical tools to implement impactful initiatives in my community. It also reinforced the importance of youth leadership in driving positive change across ASEAN member states.
