BSU Strengthens Ties with Kochi University, Japan

Benguet State University has formalized its partnership with Kochi University, Japan, through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on February 17, 2025. This agreement marks a new chapter in their long-standing academic and research exchanges, reinforcing their commitment to deeper collaboration.

BSU President Kenneth A. Laruan and Kochi University President Hiroyuki Ukeda signed the MOU in a virtual ceremony, witnessed by officials from both institutions. The partnership was initiated by Dr. Cheryll C. Launio.
