Benguet State University (BSU) proudly stood among the country’s leading Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) as it was recognized at the Internationalization Champion on Nation-building and Sustainability (ICONS) Awards 2024. BSU President Kenneth A. Laruan personally received the award presented by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on December 16, 2024 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).
This recognition highlights BSU’s growing presence on the global stage, as shown by its achievements securing rank 801-1000 in the Times Higher Education (THE) World University Rankings and rank 193 in the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI).
BSU’s consistent performance in these global rankings reflects its dedication to advancing internationalization, sustainability, and innovation. This latest recognition further strengthens BSU’s vision of bringing “BSU to the World and the World to BSU.”
