𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐄𝐋| BSU Faculty Among the Philippine Delegates of the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023


Centre for Sports and Wellness Development (CSWRDev) Director Frael U. Aquino joined the Philippine delegation to the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia and New Zealand 2023 on July 21 to August 3, 2023. Mr. Aquino is a member of the Philippine Football Federation (PFF) Executive Committee and the President of the Cordillera RFA, and his participation in the event aimed at strengthening the University’s national and international links.

The Philippine Women’s National Team, known as “Filipinas,” made their World Cup debut, marking the first appearance of a Philippine team (male or female) in the football competition.
