The Department of Foreign Affairs invites Filipino inventors, innovators, researchers, and institutions to join the 16th International Invention Fair in the Middle East (IIFME) happening on 08–11 February 2026 in Kuwait.
Organized by the Kuwait Science Club in partnership with the International Exhibition of Inventions of Geneva, the Fair brings together inventors and investors from around the world to showcase groundbreaking ideas in Mechanics, Computer Sciences, Agriculture, Environmental Protection, and more.
Please note that a fee of at least USD 800 (approximately PhP 45,658) to USD 1,250 (approximately PhP 71,341) is required to cover participation, depending on the package and date of registration. Interested participants may submit their inventions online through a 5-minute video presentation. Meanwhile, the basic package for attending exhibitors includes:
- Visa issuance;
- Brief description of the invention in English and Arabic languages;
- 2×2 m2 booth area with electricity points;
- Table and chair;
- Hotel accommodation with breakfast for the whole duration of the event; and
- Airport reception and transfer to the hotel.
