πˆππ“π„π‘ππ€π“πˆπŽππ€π‹ π•πˆπ’πˆπ“πŽπ‘π’| ASEAN AMBASSADOR VISITS BSU

Ambassador Elizabeth Buensuceso, Permanent Representative of the Philippines to ASEAN, visited the University on February 17, 2023. The ambassador and her party engage in a strawberry picking activity at the BSU- ATBI Incubator Farms. VP for International Relations Stanley F. Anongos Jr. and Star Colleges President Ambrosio Alawas accompanied the visitors.

To welcome the visitors, the IRO hosted a lunch meeting. The banquet provided an opportunity for the ambassador and BSU officials to discuss the promotion of Cordilleran products in the ASEAN region. In addition, Ambassador Buensuceso took the opportunity to enlighten the group on the symbols of the ASEAN flag. The ambassador then proceeded to Star Colleges for her speaking engagement.

Among the BSU officials present were President Felipe Salaing Comila, VPAA Samuel S. Poliden, VPBA Norma P. Banania, VPRE Johnny G. Dati, La Trinidad Campus Executive Dean Eugene S. Lumasok. Buguias Campus Executive Dean Florendo S. Comila, OES Director Anna Cris L. Langaoan, ORS Director Gretchen Gaye C. Ablaza, and IRO Director Maria Luz D. Fang-asan.
