Universitas Alma Ata (UAA) is a private university in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, founded by Muslim scholars and Islamic boarding school leaders. Initially, it consisted of Alma Ata College of Health Sciences (STIKES Alma Ata) and Alma Ata College of Islamic Studies (STAI Alma Ata). It officially became a university on December 21, 2015, based on a decree from the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Menristekdikti RI).
