The event kicked off with a Parade of Flags, where each of the colleges proudly displayed flags representing various UN member countries, along with the icons of the Sustainable Development Goals. Following the parade, the UN Day Quiz Bee challenged students’ knowledge of the UN and the SDGs, fostering a deeper understanding of global issues and the essential role of the SDGs in addressing them. The celebration wrapped up with the International Food Lane, featuring a diverse array of cuisines from different parts of the world, offering attendees a culinary journey through various countries and cultures.

This event underscored BSU’s commitment to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals and advancing sustainability and global unity. The success of this event set the stage for the annual international week beginning on October 2024.
