TITLE
• Arial, 14 pt, bold, centered
• Author’s name(s) (Arial, 12 pt, bold, centered)
• Author’s position, affiliation and full address (Arial, 12 pt., bold, centered, italics)
• Author’s telephone/fax number and e-mail address (Arial, 12 pt., bold, centered, italics)
• Put an asterisk on the name of the author who will present
ABSTRACT
• Single-space in 12 pt., Arial and two to three (2-3) pages
with a maximum of 600 words including one (1) graph
and/or table
• The graph/table will form part of the abstract
• Include the most significant figure and/or table related to Minimize words and maximize visuals in describing the
the highlights presented in the abstract
• Complete caption describing the graph and/or table which should be placed above the table or below the figure
KEYWORDS
• Maximum of 5 keywords immediately after the abstract, italicized.
• Avoid general and plural terms and multiple concepts next
(avoid, for example, and, “of”)
• Use abbreviations sparingly; only those abbreviations that are firmly established in the field may be eligible

SIZE
• Use a standard 30″ x 40″ (76 cm x 103 cm) poster with the shorter edge at the top and bottom side (portrait-orientation).
TITLE
• Contains a maximum of 18 words. Typed in capital letters, present bold; preferably using the Times New Roman, size 72 (minimum). Please do not use script type of fonts.
TEXT
• Give a brief significance of the technology/information. Minimize words and maximize visuals in describing the technology.
• End with a brief (50 words) conclusion. Preferably, the text should be typed using the Times New Roman font, size 26 (minimum).
ORGANIZATION
• The design should flow sequentially from one part to the next.
• Numbers of letters may be used to help the eye move from one item to another in the correct order: left to right or top to bottom.
